Objectives of the Association
To associate and combine for their mutual benefit, interest, support and assistance, parties engaged in the cotton and/or man-made fibre weaving industry and its allied trades and industries in Hong Kong.
To promote and protect in Hong Kong and elsewhere the interests of the cotton and/or man-made fibre weaving industry of Hong Kong.
To consider and discuss all questions affecting the cotton and/or man-made fibre weaving industry and its allied trades and industries.
To diffuse among members information on all matters affecting the cotton and/or man-made fibre weaving industry.

Qualification for Membership
Any party engaged in the industry shall be eligible for Ordinary Membership of the Federation.
Any Party who is:-
(i) A customer of, or supplier to, the industry or any section of it, or
(ii) Engaged in the textile industry of Hong Kong, or
(iii) A trade association established in Hong Kong,
may be elected to Associate Membership of the Federation.
Any Party who is:-
(i) A customer of, or supplier to, the industry or any section of it, or
(ii) Engaged in the textile industry of Hong Kong, or
(iii) A trade association established in Hong Kong,
may be elected to Associate Membership of the Federation.
